| Whoops! Accidents do happen. Pictures get dropped, knocked from the wall, or crashed by a football. Frames get come apart, glass gets broken or artwork is jarred from its mounting. It's not that we are miracle workers, but we can usually re-glue frames; replace the glazing; or remount your artwork. We frequently see artwork that has loosened up and is hanging crooked. It's OK. If the artwork was mounted correctly it will come loose in the event the framed work was dropped or jarred hard. The mount is designed to let go to preserve the artwork. |
| Have an old framed piece of artwork? Sometimes artwork just needs updating. The mats could have faded or the colors don't coordinate with the decor. It may need a change of frame color or style to match your new color scheme. Maybe it's time replace the glass with glass that doesn't have as much reflection.
